We are in a constant battle with our body and our age. We are fascinated with death, yet it’s our greatest fear. Grief is a natural part of life. All of us will experience it one way or another, whether it’s caused by the death of a loved one or facing your own end. You could lose yourself in grief, you could lose all that you stand for in grief, sometimes you grieve because you lost yourself. It comes in all shapes, sizes and forms. A mixed bag of emotions, storming inward and outward. Anger, the worst emotion of them all, the destructive fury that burns everything in its path.
